 Chapters and Their 2026 Shows

Most chapters sponsor a show each year, usually on a Sunday. Growers from a wide area will pick their blooms early in the morning and head for the show. There are different grower classes so the amateur gardener with only a few plants isn't in direct competition with the commercial grower who has thousands of varieties. There may be 500 or more different varieties on display at these shows. Thinking of hibiscus as the red or pink flower associated with Hawaii and Miami, the public is usually AMAZED at the color and variety they see. Many people don't think the flowers are real!!
The general public is invited to compete. Entries must be to the judges before 11:30 A.M.
